The Promo is open to participants to submit their entries from August 12th, 2022 till November 12th , 2022.

By entering the Promo, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of,

the rules or terms and conditions guiding the Promo (as may be amended, supplemented or
novated), which are final and binding on all participants.
Winning a prize is contingent upon each participant meeting all the eligibility criteria, fulfilling all
the requirements and complying with all the conditions of the Promo.

To participate, you are required to purchase any Oral B tooth-paste pack(s) of your choice. Upon
the purchase of your choice Oral-B toothpaste, you would be expected to open the pack and write
your name and phone number on the top lid which would be submitted in an envelope at the Red
Star Express PLC (Red Star Express) Offices stated in this Terms and Conditions. For States where
the Red Star Express locations have been expressly mentioned in this T&C, only entries submitted
at those locations will be considered. Where there is no Red Star Express location within a State
expressly mentioned in this T&C, please submit your entry at any Red Star Express Location closest to you not later than November 12, 2022. The envelope containing the required information is
required to be submitted together with the empty pack of the purchased Oral-B toothpaste. Upon submission of your entry, a voucher with a unique number should be obtained by you, from the Red
Star Express office. The assigned voucher would be required to claim the reward in the instance you emerge as a lucky winner.

The raffle draw will be conducted physically by 3 monthly draws under the supervision of officers from the National Lottery Regulation Commission (NLRC) and the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC).

The draw dates are scheduled as follows;

• 1st draw : September 19, 2022.
• 2nd draw : October 19, 2022,
• 3rd draw: November 18, 2022.

The venue for the raffle draws will be at Oracle experience office situated at, 4 Jolly Star Close Off
Adeleke Street Allen Avenue Ikeja.

3 winners will be rewarded with NGN 1,000,000 (One Million Naira only) each in the monthly
draws making a total of 3 monthly winners and 9 winners for the 3 months of the promo.
The selected winners will be contacted via their registered phone numbers. Lucky winners will also
be announced on various TV stations across the country on the stated draw dates.
Winners will be expected to redeem their prizes within 180 days of each draw date at Oracle
Experience Office. The winners will be awarded a cheque for the prize award and, payment of the
prize would be upon encashment of the cheque at any desired bank.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the decisions of P&G are final in all matters relating to the Promo.
